Guidelines for presenters
Duration of oral presentation is 10 minutes plus 2 minutes for questions. Presentations should be saved as ppt or pptx files and named using the paper ID and family name of presenting author, eg.: Oral-ID0350-Youyou
The number of slides depends on the presenter (just stick to the time limit).
Although acknowledgements (on the first or final slide) are welcome, any commercialism is prohibited.
Files with oral presentation have to be uploaded in the speakers room at least half a day before your session.
For afternoon sessions files should be uploaded before lunch at the day of your presentation at the latest. For morning sessions files should be uploaded the day before.
For Monday morning presentation there will be a possibility to upload your presentation during Sunday registration.
The permitted poster format is A1 (according to ISO 216) i.e. 594×841 mm (vertical).
Although acknowledgements are welcome, any commercialism is prohibited.
We recommended adding a photo of presenting author to help your colleagues to locate you for the discussion.
You will also have a possibility to present highlights of your poster content in the form of 2 minute speech supported by 2-3 slides during relevant parallel session.
Please prepare your slides in ppt or pptx format and name the file using the paper ID and family name of presenting author, eg. Poster-ID0002-Novak.
Files with Poster presentations should be sent to the organizer
(firstname.lastname@example.org) before June 28 – obligatory!!!
Conference Office will not be able to print posters, although in urgent circumstances (e.g. baggage lost) we can direct you to printing services in the campus neighborhood (open Monday – Friday 8.00 – 18.00).
